The Parish of Pauatahanui serves the local community and supports outreach through mission. Thus it depends on the monetary contributions made by many people. Worshippers are encouraged to express their commitment through regular cash contributions, and others make donations for a variety of reasons.
Regular contributions can easily be made by joining the envelope scheme, or by setting up regular automatic payments.
Giving to God's work
Have you thought about the legacy you would like to leave for those who come after you?
You only need to look around our churches to see the gifts others have left for future generations.
Now more than ever we need to support those in need. Young families and young people, youth at risk, the elderly are all in need of our attention and the Anglican church is always there to help. The social service we provide gives a true and practical meaning to the weekly Anglican ethos of "go out and serve the Lord". Alternatively you may wish to help pay for a clergy stipend or help maintain our church buildings. The choice is yours. A bequest in your will is a way of thanking God for enriching your life and provides an enduring legacy.
Please talk to our Priest in Charge or one of our wardens if you would like more information.
